Other linux machines on my PC are not facing this issue. There aren't any logs written to the machine log files after I boot the machine. I reinstalled virtualbox-guest-x11 and virtualbox-guest-utils packages. I have restarted the virtualbox-guest-utils, rvice, rvice and the machine itself multiple times. After I login, the display looks normal for 2 to 3 seconds, and goes back to this. Even the login screen and the virtual consoles are fine. The display during the boot process is fine. Suddenly one day, the GUI started displaying only parts of it and the rest was a black screen. It was working fine for the first 2 days.
